Diamond crystal kosher salt

Diamond crystal kosher salt is the gold standard of kosher salt used in recipes. It has around half the density of morton kosher salt, so keep that in mind when switching between brands. One tablespoon of Diamond Crystal is comparable to half of a tablespoon of Morton, giving greater control when seasoning.
