A Turon is a Filipino / Pinoy food also known as lumpiang saging (banana lumpia) or more colloquially "sagimis" in Tagalog. It consists of banana and jackfruit, in a spring roll wrapper that is fried until crunchy. It may have additional sugar added to caramelize on the outside of the wrapper.
