Types of Popcorn

So it turns out there are many kinds of popcorn. Fortunately they can be sorted into two main categories based on their kernel shape:

• Butterfly kernel popcorn
• Mushroom kernel popcorn

Don’t worry, nobody is actually eating butterflies. Or a giant bowl of mushrooms - though that wouldn’t be quite as odd.
